Jennifer is driven and focused to improve training and provision of recovery oriented practice to improve clinical effectiveness and service user satisfaction. Rachel first worked at Cygnet Hospital Beckton on Bewick Ward, the female low secure service where she led on various projects including the London ROG meeting and monthly market stall.

Rachel continues to be very interested in the area of personality disorder and also has a great interest in the area of hearing voices and other unusual experiences. Rachel practices a recovery based approach and frames mental distress in the context of trauma. Rachel is passionate about occupational therapy's role in the area of recovery. Paul first started as a Housekeeper then moved onto Housekeeping Supervisor, after a short spell he was asked to move onto becoming a Support Worker for the Acute Ward.

In Paul became Ward Clark for both the current wards, during this time he had an active role within the unit securing Kings Fund accreditation, and he was seconded to Cygnet Hospital Beckton for two weeks to assist in the opening of the Hospital.

In he was made Facilities Coordinator and was involved in the changeover of services from Acute to Low Secure Rehab now Meridian Ward ; he worked alongside Senior Management, Contractors and Nurses as to how and where each room would be and its use.
